This is not devcoin related, but since there hasn't been a post this year, I'll put finance posts here until volume increases or until I'm told to put them in another section.

indicating that the stock market is likely to go down over the next few weeks, possibly starting on Monday Oct 12. If this seems plausible, it's a good idea to sell, and if you like gambling, buy some DIA or SPY puts.

It may be that you have a lock file which was not removed when last running. Have a look in the directory area for a file that is named .lock on a Linux box, not 100% what it may be named on Windoze.

In most jurisdictions that would be breaking rules of the respective exchange commissions, Daniel143. That is to offer to exchange fiat currency for crypto currency. It is fairly easy now to get bitcoins and once you have bitcoins you can then use them on any exchange to purchase DVC. In my city there is a bitcoin atm where one puts money in and scans the wallet address and they have arrived before one returns home. You may want to research bitcoin atms in your area.
