Newbie here, HELP!!

Hello everyone, I am new here and completely lost.  I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction... 

My first problem is other than here I haven't found a way to talk to anyone, how can I communicate with the Devcoin community to ask questions, clarify bounties, etc?

Second thing I need help with is making a Devtome account to write and knowing how to use it.  If someone could walk me through this that would be great.

Third, I am 95% finished with a 3 minute Devcoin animated video that had a bounty of 24 shares on it.  How can I turn that in and who to?  Please help me get in touch with the right people, and HI EVERYONE! ;D

I must be doing something wrong because I tried all of that and I can't get access to PM or write messages on that forum.  I have an account there and it says messages are not allowed on my account for whatever reason.  I am trying to find someone who can get me an account on Devtome to write articles, show me briefly what needs to be done (because it is a little confusing especially without being able to even get that other forum access for whatever reason), and also figure out how to submit my animated video for the bounty.  I am guessing someone will need to download it and review it and then place it on YouTube or whatever.  Also, are you able to make me an account on Devtome to write, or put me in contact with someone that handles that?  Thanks for the help!

UPDATE:  I just finished the video 3:03 long.  Who can I send it to that will take care of getting it on YouTube or whatever you guys want to do with it.  It is an Mp4 file.

I think you have to post a bit in the newbie section to have those restrictions lifted:

Either an update to this forum or another is in the works which will hopefully create a better portal for everybody than having to post at bitcointalk.

If you want to hurry it along I can post a message to say there's a video coming, then you can give more details when you post?

OK, thanks for the help.  My name is actually Tibbers over there and I just went to newb section so should be able to post soon!  I will get talking to people over there as soon as I get that newbie restriction waived.
